Booking Terms & Conditions Service Area The Art Cart LLC provides services within New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Travel is calculated from ZIP code 18938 — the first 15 miles (30 miles round-trip) are included at no charge. Any distance beyond that is billed at $0.50/mile round-trip. Please confirm your event location before booking, as travel fees will be added to your final contract total. Pricing & Final Headcount Each party package includes a base fee for up to 10 guests. Additional guests beyond that are billed at the per-person rate for your selected package. Your final, guaranteed guest count is due exactly 7 days before your event — this locks in your final price. If more guests attend on the day than your locked-in count, you'll be billed for the extra materials used at the standard per-person rate, payable before setup is complete. No refunds or reductions are given for fewer guests than your locked-in headcount. Contract & Deposit A signed contract and non-refundable $100 deposit are required immediately to hold your date. Your date is not held on the calendar until both are received. Pricing discussed before a signed contract is an estimate only. Final Balance Your remaining balance — including any extra guest fees, travel, and applicable NJ (6.625%) or PA (6%) sales tax — is due in full 7 days before your event. Unpaid balances by this deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Changes & Cancellations Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit the $100 deposit. Any changes to package, date, or location must be submitted in writing and may result in a revised price.
